"Want to give a shout-out to those of you considering listing your property with Dar. - Just do it and thank me later. The Details: We listed the house we've lived in for 29 years with her based on our feelings when she gave her listing presentation to us. I'm not sure what makes her tick, but she seemed to care as much or more than even we did about getting the property successfully sold to the right buyer. She was clear on what we needed to do. She laid out her game plan with us, and then staged and marketed the house with some help from her friends, and held 4 consecutive days of open houses. She was there the whole time. Two days after those open houses- our home hadn't even been on the MLS for a week she sat at our kitchen table and reviewed the double-digit offers she had received (yes I said double digits; it was a nice problem to have). All were at or above the asking price. Dar then handled all the issues the buyers had between signing the offer and closing, which seemed like a lot. But we believe the buyers we selected together will be a great fit for this neighborhood, which also matters to us. Surprisingly, Dar was also very affordable. I'm sure she'd be equally effective as a buyer's agent. She did her homework. Always proactive and ahead of the game. Hard to imagine anyone doing any better. I guess this sounds like a paid advertisement haha. It is not. This review is just our way of making others aware of her and our gratitude that she took this assignment so seriously and did a boss-like job."

After just a few minutes of talking to Darlene, I recognized how sharp, dedicated, organized, and most importantly honest she was. I knew right away she would find me my home. Darlene is very professional. She knows how to be aggressive and firm with the listing agent to make sure your offer gets accepted on your terms. She will come to you with the proper data and comps to guide you in making the right offer. She will be with you every step of the escrow, and answer every call and message you send, morning evening, and weekend. her team is as great and efficient as her. Bottom line, she is a 5-star agent and I won't work with anyone else."

We met Darlene at one of the open homes she was hosting, began talking and she convinced us she could help in our search. Fast forward only one month later and here we are in our new home!!! It was great working with her because we felt she understood our criteria for what we wanted in a home. Darlene acted quickly so it put us in the best position to be chosen and negotiated with the sellers to have them complete every repair request we wanted which was important for us as first time home owners with limited time/resources.
